Whichever type you select the interest will be tax deductible, providing you choose a loan that is specifically for letting property. Heres some advice for prospective landlords You should try and avoid Buy to Let lenders who charge a percentage of the loan as an arrangement fee and only pay a flat fee of a few hundred pounds.
