Or, if you purchase a farmhouse or villa with agricultural land in Italy, your farming neighbours could exercise the right of pre-emption, that is, buy back the land for less than its purchase price. A national Spanish law on development was revamped and passed by the Valencian legislature in 1994 for instance, which gave local developers in certain circumstances the right to demand payments for infrastructure improvements or to obtain repossession orders. TLTA feels that the needs of associations have changed and as technology has advanced, ASI has responded to those changes and advancements with enhancements and new products. “They (ASI) have made it their business to respond to user feedback by updating the software to better serve the needs of their users,” added Midgely.
